PTE [Academic]
PTE (Pearson’s Test of English) is a computer-based academic English language test aimed at non-native English speakers wanting to study abroad. All four forms of language skills – listening, reading, writing and speaking are tested.
Questions often test two skills together, such as listening and reading or reading and speaking. The complete test is taken in a single session lasting three hours on a computer in a secure test environment. The speaking test is conducted on a computer too where your voice is recorded and hence sent for marking. The PTE results are declared in five days.
